Evrlyst.com is a niche online marketplace for established vacation rental sales. Our mission is to provide sellers with a website specific to list their business and a tool for investors to find properties that have a real business track record in the short term rental market.

Founder Lisa Jenkins had looked for a niche site to list her established vacation rental business when she realized that residential realtors did not want to list her condo as a business and commercial realtors did not want to list her condo because it was a residential property. As any short term rental owner knows…most vacation rentals are a money generating business! STR properties tend to have a value in addition to the real estate itself. Lisa could not find a marketplace specific to vacation rentals and was told by several STR owners and realtors that they also would love to have a niche site to list, buy, and sell vacation rentals so she created Evrlyst.

Our site is commission free and minimal monthly fees to list properties whether you are a realtor or an owner wanting to sell by owner. For buyers, Evrlyst has removed the need to read through thousands of listings on MLS and sites like Zillow in search of established vacation rentals saving buyers and buyers agents hours of work sifting through listings.
